Dental Care

Our hospital provides dentistry with power floats. If you notice your equine friend is dropping feed or losing weight, bring them in for a dental exam and potential float. The power float removes the sharp points on their teeth that can make it painful when eating or affect their bite so they can't chew their food properly.

Digital Radiology

  • Our hospital has a mobile digital radiology unit that is great for working up distal limb lameness. This allows the veterinarians to take instant x-rays either on farm or at the clinic to try to determine if there is anything occurring in the distal limb that may be causing lameness.

Reproductive services

  • Artificial insemination
  • Pregnancy Checks

 Colic Work-Up

  • Colic is a sign of abdominal pain. There are many different reasons for colic signs to appear from gas distension to twisted intestines. Please call if your horse exhibits colic signs.

  Surgery

  • Castration at clinic or on farm
  • Wound repair
